Jazz Bar

Music to my ears

This week is going to be a blast for music lovers in Malaysia. First of all, Linkin Park will be playing at Stadium Merdeka this Wednesday October, 15th. I think tickets are still available.

On Friday and Saturday, Amir Yussof will be performing at No Black Tie. The performance starts at 10pm, admission is RM 35. Check out the details at his website.

Also this weekend, the Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra will be performing the works of Vaughan Williams and Dvorak (the composer, not the keyboard ;)).

Linkin Park Concert Tickets Update

Update:
1. Celcom subscribers will be able to purchase tickets tomorrow (26/9/2003) at Hard Rock Cafe.
2. Tickets and venue info.

A little bird (term borrowed from Jeff Ooi) told me that Linkin Park tickets will be on sale next week. The tickets will be handled by ticketexpress.
Ticketexpress used to have an online pressence (they were resposible for the online ticket sale for Commonwealth Games '98 in KL) but a check on www.ticketexpress.com.my returned the infamous "Page Not Found".

I was also told that the tickets will also be on sale at Hard Rock Cafe KL.

Thats right kids, Linkin Park will be performing live in KL, 15th October at Stadium Merdeka.

Let's hope the so called authorities won't budge in and cancel the concert.
